About Brazil Tour:

Thaissa, Director of Carnaval Night & Eletricat Brazilian Dance (from Recife) and Anderson, Director of Abolicao Capoeira (from Arembepe/Salvador) based in Scotland have been arranging package tours to Arembepe, a fishermen village in north-east Brazil since 2005.

The aim is most importantly to make everyone feel at home! And Arembepe is the perfect spot for that! This tropical paradise is still untouched by tourism and the community is really warm and friendly, so you will feel part of the community and will have the space and freedom to make friends!

There is the opportunity to teach English, help the community with their ecological projects and make friends by having Capoeira, dance and surfing classes together with the community (classes are included in the package price).

Once there various trips are organised to nearby tourist spots, clubs, Festivals, including a trip to an indigenous friend's house in her village! Packages include classes in Afro-Brazilian Dance, Capoeira and/or Surfing! Groups are arranged every year during the months from Nov-Feb (Brazilian summer time!) and if there is a big group during Jun-Jul too.

Tours are open to anyone! Groups are very mixed.
